Roadmap transparency includes saying no:
- NFT / Web3 services — not our market, not our skill
- Done-for-you marketing campaigns — we build infrastructure, not run paid ads
- Pure design agencies (logo only, no dev) — better fit elsewhere
- Maintenance-only relationships without builds — we focus on shipping
- Sub-₹15K projects — economically can't deliver our quality at that price
