BusinessSetu is a workspace for doctors and authorised clinic teams. Doctors review WhatsApp appointment requests, approve or update visits, see today's list and keep clinic details, fees and working hours current.
Clinic tools cover patient registration, reception queues, consultation records, prescriptions, itemised invoices and verified receipts; they open on the BusinessSetu website with a separate sign-in. Staff use their own accounts with clinic approval. The app supports record keeping and does not give medical advice.

BusinessSetu website is permanently free
The BusinessSetu website is permanently free, with no app subscriptions, trials, setup fees or paid feature upgrades. Your customer invoices, payment records and payment tools remain available; third-party service costs and separately agreed human consulting charges still apply.
Clearer feedback on the BusinessSetu website
The website now gives visual feedback for buttons, navigation, loading and reviewed AI drafts, with smoother menus and notifications. Reduced-motion preferences keep the interface still and readable.
Big Helpers AI on the BusinessSetu website
The BusinessSetu website now offers a daily business brief, Hindi and English voice or text entry, message-to-quote drafts, customer summaries and editable payment reminders. Review drafts before saving, and choose when to send a reminder.
In-app account deletion and clinic tools
The Android release added account deletion with a tracked reference, and clinic tools that link registration, queues, care records and invoices.
